Duparquet warranties that new products manufactured by Duparquet are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the original end user.

 This warranty does not apply if:

• the product has been dismantled or otherwise changed; or

• the condition is the result of accident, misuse, or neglect; or

• the condition is the result of poor maintenance.

 Duparquet has the option to repair or replace the products that meet this warranty, or to refund the product’s purchase price. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new products or parts to fulfill this warranty. This warranty extends to you only if you are the first end-user purchaser.

 Flat rates may apply to repairs not covered by this warranty.

 To receive warranty or non-warranty service, please CALL OR EMAIL FIRST – DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
