We match the scraps of our copper products with scraps of some gorgeous woods obtained from a woodworker customer of ours. The results are some amazing quality knives.

Still hand-cut, hand-formed, sanded through a 2000 grit and has been well-oiled.  The steel blade is a hard, 8A stainless sharpened to a 15degree angle.
